​The Constitution is the guiding forces and standard by which all laws are measured in the US

  1. What structural issues had to be addressed by the founders of the Constitution  (Great Compromise, 3 Branches, Checks and Balances, Separation of Powers, 3/5 Compromise)?
  2. What rights were guaranteed and/or to the people in the 1st, and in the ninth amendment?
