Hi, my name is Mrs. Cindy Ness, I will be your instructor for Block 3 Semester 2 of Introduction to World Languages. Your lesson for April 13-17th consists of three interwoven assignments. You may complete the assignments all in one session or complete them throughout the week. Completed assignments will be evaluated, graded and posted to skyward at the end of the week on Saturday April 18th. Should you fall behind, please be sure to reach out to your instructor (Mrs. Ness) so that I can help you catch up and complete your work.
Step 1
Watch the embedded video (if you are watching on a school device you will need to access the safeyoutube link that follows the video). Take notes on the following while watching the video:
- What are some important reasons for learning a secondary language?
- Where are final grades posted?
- What is the name of the class website?
- Where will you find your weekly assignments?
- Why should you and/or your parents sign up for weekly texts?
- Know somethings about your instructor

In this activity, among other things you will be asked to tell me about who you are, how you learn, and provide me a selfie or picture of who you are. This information will be viewed only by the instructor, as such please be honest so that I can best meet your academic needs.
